10 Rotisserie Chicken Recipes
A simple solution when you're not in the mood to make an involved dinner, but you still want something delicious, a rotisserie chicken. This is my go-to during the week for lunch. I add it to my salads and it will typically last me throughout the week. Sam's and Costco have the best deals on them but I normally end up snagging one from my local grocery store. I love them because it let's hassle and there are endless recipe options. Here are a few of my favorite recipes using a rotisserie chicken and a few that are on my list to try.
