Currently Loving | Snack Edition

Happy hump day friends! Sorry I've been MIA lately. Between work, the holiday season and all the social activities it brings, the thought of opening my computer at night has not been ideal. But I finally slowed down for a minute last night and thought it would be a good time to put together a "currently loving" list to share with you. This list is all about the snacks!

First up, cheese! I put together a cheese board for Thanksgiving and went to Trader Joe's to make my selection. I had previously tried Unexpected Cheddar at a friends house and wasn't instantly hooked. It has the tangy flavor of cheddar with a crumbly texture.

Some of you may have seen my Insta story the other morning when I posted about these Aussie Bites. I first discovered these little bites of goodness in the snack closet at work one day. I almost didn't try them because I noticed coconut listed as an ingredient and that's one of the few things I'm not a fan of. I decided to give them a try anyway, and loved them. They are chewy with a slight grainy crunch and semi sweet. I bought some this past weekend from Costco and they have been the perfect go to snack and quick bite in the mornings. No need to worry if you don't have a Costco membership, they are sold other places as well.

I'm sure these are old news to many, but I can't get enough of the extra toasty extra toasty Cheez-Its. I've always been a fan of crunchy, salty snacks and these fit the bill. Apparently they were the #1 requested Cheez It flavor...at least that's what the box says.

Another discovery at a recent party I went to. These truffle marcona almonds from Trader Joe's are delicious! My love for all things truffle deepened after our recent trip to Italy, needless to say I was happy to come across these. They are the perfect addition to a meat and cheese board. Trader Joe's for the win again! You can also buy them on Amazon.

My new favorite potato chip — Pipers Crisps Cider Vinegar and Sea Salt! A bag of these came with lunch I recently had from a local sandwich shop. Salt and vinegar chips are my all time favorite, especially kettle cooked. I figured this cider vinegar flavor had to be good, and I was right! If you're a vinegar fan then you have to give these a try. I had never heard of Pipers Crisps before but I'm glad to be in the know now. They have several other flavors that I would like to give a try.

Last but not least, a little something sweet. Whit has been on a Halo Top kick, bringing home a new flavor each week. We've tried several and so far Peanut Butter Cup is my favorite. It's nice and creamy with chunks of peanut butter for the win!

What are some of your favorite snacks?
